Welcome to NeatPaws Home. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from us. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the individual merchant based in Bangkok, Thailand, trading under the name NeatPaws Home. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By visiting our website, creating an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose, or interfere with the security or operation of the website.

3. Products and pet safety

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, materials, measurements, and images accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, and handmade or small-batch items may have minor variations. Product availability may change without notice.

You are responsible for selecting the correct size and supervising your pet while using apparel or accessories. Remove any item immediately if it causes discomfort, restricts movement or breathing, or becomes damaged. Our products are not veterinary or safety equipment unless expressly stated.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory issues, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or inability to verify payment or delivery information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Please review your email address, shipping address, size, color, and other selections before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing begins.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other fees will be shown or described at checkout where available. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not directly store full payment-card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Products may be fulfilled and shipped by carefully selected third-party fulfillment partners. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, peak seasons, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control. Ownership and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law. 7. Returns, refunds, and order issues

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged items, incorrect items, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
